All sales are final. No return, refund or exchanges can be made. We only do refund if you can prove that our item(s) sold to you is not authentic .

**REFUND 

If there is any damage/missing to the product during delivery process, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any missing/damage products. Customer will be able to select their preferred refund method upon submitting the refund request. However, if the payment was offset using credits, the refund will be made in credits.
