Consignment Terms & Conditions
1. Submit Your Item Details
Please send us clear photos of the item you wish to consign, including the front, back, sides, and any areas showing signs of wear or defects. Kindly let us know your expected consignment price. Our team will provide a preliminary valuation based on the item's condition and current market value.
2. Authentication & Final Valuation
Once the preliminary valuation is accepted, the item must be delivered or shipped to our store for authentication and inspection. Upon successful authentication, a final consignment value will be determined and confirmed with you.
3. Consignment Period
All consigned items are subject to a minimum consignment period of 50 days. If an item is withdrawn before the end of the 50-day period, an authentication fee of RM300 per item will be charged.
4. Payment Upon Sale
Once your item has been sold, you will be notified accordingly. The agreed consignment proceeds will be transferred to your designated bank account within 1–2 working days after sale confirmation.
