Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional business days. Please allow extra time for delivery during these periods.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce. Once your shipment has been processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via WhatsApp for easy tracking. Estimated delivery times: • West Malaysia: 3–5 business days • Sabah & Sarawak: 7–14 business days Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier service conditions, weather conditions and destination accessibility.
