Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. At DM LUXSHOP, we strictly oppose counterfeit goods and guarantee that all items sold are 100% authentic. If a customer can provide valid proof that an item purchased from us is not authentic, a full refund will be issued following our verification process.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances: • The item received is proven to be non-authentic. • The item is damaged during the delivery process. • The item is lost or missing during shipment. To request a refund, customers must contact us within a reasonable timeframe and provide supporting evidence where applicable. Approved refunds will be processed using the customer's preferred refund method. However, if the original payment was made using store credits, the refund will be issued in the form of store credits.
